"So disappointing.. We were charge $434 for AC Freon and was told the replacement part would be ordered back in Aug- its now Nov.. I reach out multiple times, if the part was received in. Such a run around. I was told "the part is coming" I'm thankful that it was dripping for the emergency line, bc otherwise this would be leaking thru the walls. I literally ask if you don't want to do the job- tell me. We will find some else. We been getting the run around since Aug- again just give some transparency if you don't want to do the job- Horrible experience for a customer! Would not recommend"

"I have used Comfort Specialists several times before for repairs at my home and a rental property and everything was taken care of quickly and at a reasonable price. I recently hired them again after my home was struck by lightning and rendered our AC and water heater inoperable. They came out quickly and assessed the damage and we're able to provide a report for the insurance company. They also quoted a new replacement high efficiency AC system and tankless water heater to get us back up and running. The quote was reasonable and in line with competition. They were able to get the parts quickly and had the system installed and back up and running in less than 2 days. Highly recommend supporting this local small business. They're very professional and knowledgeable about the equipment that they sell and service and don't immediately try and sell you something that you don't need."
