"Terrible customer service, the people that they hire are horrible. Especially the one at 21st and market, what's up, African American woman there? That is a terrible disposition she's horrible doesn't know how to speak to people. She's a heavy set woman with piercings in her mouth. And she should be fired, not only fired, but disciplined and should not be able to work with the public. At all I am a handicap United States Marines war veteran. She didn't offer me any help at 21st of Market street Which was horrible. I turned around Went out of the place."

"We googled the FedEx closest to us and received this site. Not only was it difficult to find, there was no indication that this tiny space was inside of a Walgreens Pharmacy. After getting the attention of the person at the FedEx, he told us in a very surly manner that it was strictly a drop-off site. We asked him for information for a full service FedEx site and he misinformed us that there was one on 23rd and Oregon Avenue. We drove there only to find that it was also a drop-off site. We gave up on FedEx and sent the item via UPS. Not sure if I will use FedEx ever again."
