"I had 2 machines serviced here. I asked for a quote + he told me it could be anywhere between 60 to 200 dollars. I asked him to call if it was going to cost 200 for each machine. He didn't! But argued with me on the phone, speaking over me thinking I'd shut up or believe his lie. I hung up, gave him a few mins to calm down + called back. He couldn't commit to a price upfront + wanted me to pay the max. I paid but my machines are worse. They're noisy + skipping stitches. I hadn't had any major issues from my machines until now. I took it in for a timing belt replacement + I still have a timing issue."

"Highway robbery! We dropped off our vacuum and heard nothing for 3 weeks. When we finally got a phone call from the shop, they had already fixed the vacuum without giving us a quote so our only options were to pay or surrender the vacuum. Extremely unprofessional. We’ve had the vacuum back for less than a month and it’s already broken again! Over $100 to service, clean filter and replace vacuum belt. Will never return."
