They were amazingly responsive, and sent an extremely knowledgeable, friendly experienced plumber immediately upon me calling late on a Friday. They gave me a great deal on the water heater and service and we are very responsible in pointing out any code issues since my house was originally a private school property, not everything was up to proper standards; upon Pelicano’s completion of the work I am confident that everything is properly hooked up since the Plumber had over 35 years of experience. Jason found the source of a bathroom leak I've had investigated twice, by others, with no success. His diligence and discovery was a glorious find! He explained the issue very clearly and took the time to show me so I could explain to my contractor and finally get it fixed. And that's outside of the work he completed on the hose bibs!
