"Generally people is friendly and responded on timely manner. Unfortunately professional level is very low and no respect to personal property is none existing. They charge me $60 for diagnostic with a conclusion that something wrong with engine. They told that my tractor is garbage and they will take at least $700 just to try to fix and it better if I will remove tractor from their property. When I got next day to pick up tractor and ask for some clarification one of the brilliant diagnoses was that my coil is bad. When I asked why, I was told , because there is electrical tape on wires???? When we decide to take it on my trailer, they did not even buzzer to disengage transmission or brakes, they just drag it true the yard while transmission was clucking and squeaking . When I finally got home, I discovered that bunch of bolts and was missing, parts not secured... just disaster. To make story short, I took cylinder had off, found that valve saddle fall off. I pressed it back assembled everything and start engine. It works better than before and it took 40 min for all job $0 for parts.... What a shame on this shop."

"I have an older skid steer tractor that I loved for years. The machine has numerous problems but it is very valuable to me since I don't use it for commercial purposes. I tried many so-called diesel mechanics with no avail and plenty of aggravation. Finally my wife found me Tractor Joe. I hate to use a cliché but Tractor Joe was like "a breath of fresh air". Joe and Jenna did exactly what they said they would do. They finished my machine in a very timely manner and it never performed so well. And moreover while the process was going on, they continually appraised me of the progress and even the cost. I can't remember doing business with anyone with such integrity and honesty. "I had a wonderful experience using Tractor Joe's Service & Repair in Pennington, NJ and I told them the experience was worth the time to write an online review. I had originally found out about this service from family who lives in town and was told they are good with communication, work ethic and fair pricing. I also found that my experience was consistent with that recommendation. I recently acquired a John Deer D170 tractor from the previous homeowner and knew it needed a service/battery, etc. Not only did Jenna do a wonderful job keeping me updated about the work, but Joe was also very thorough in his inspection and repair work. There wasn't a hint of up-selling at any point... they just wanted to make sure they identified and fixed what was needed to ensure it worked as intended. Joe even offered to show me additional features my tractor had that I wasn't aware of prior. I also used the pickup and drop off service since I didn't have a way to get the tractor to them. Overall, I found that Tractor Joe's has a quality of service and communication that's hard to find in today's world. I would not think to go anywhere else the next time I need a service or repair.
