"Dropped off the VCR/DVD player. Waited 2 weeks called the store for update and was told he had not looked at it yet. Was told he would look at it soon. Called a week later and told the problem he was not able to fix at that time. He had seen it in other machines. I said I would give him another week. I called the next week and still not fixed ir looked at. Stated I would pick up the following Saturday, an I did. When I picked up the unit the store and my VCR/DVD unit smelled like a skunk or Marijuana was in the store. Not going back. Looking for another experienced shop to 'fix' the VHS/DVD."

"Top notch service! If it wasn’t for John’s expertise with not only fixing electronics but laws pertaining to electronics I would be out a 85 inch Sony TV that cost over $7000 when bought new. The tv Broke after only a year and a half of the original purchase date which was six months past the warranty and with John’s help I was able to have the TV replaced with a new one directly from Sony. He is beyond professional! I highly recommend his services!"
