"My tech person, Tony, arrived within the time specified. He was very courteous and asked any necessary questions before I directed him to the area where my furnace is located. I was impressed because he checked with me before starting his work, to see if there was any particular issues that I would like him to check. Tony didn't hesitate to explain things to me, or ask me questions, while in the process of tuning up my furnace. After completing the job, Tony also explained what was done, and checked to see if I had any other concerns. He did a great job. Thank you!"

When they were done they explained the system and even went over the required maintenance to ensure I knew what to plan for. I highly recommend the Navien product but make sure you use Horizon to do the install so it gets done right!"
