"Wow. Went in for an alignment and was told that my daughter's car needed new struts and a tie rod, first, they couldn't do the alignment. Total including labor- $1,200. We got a second opinion. The shop asked us what we were talking about; the car needed nothing but the alignment. These people might do great work (?), but I'd recommend a second opinion."
