"This place deserves the negative reviews. I had a package with a prepaid label and I needed a receipt. As another reviewer mentioned, the guy says "no", and sure enough, he said no to giving me a receipt which was required by the recipient of the package. I went out of my way to personally drop off the package to get a receipt and a FedEx drop off place won't give me a receipt!! FedEx needs to vet their affiliates. FedEx makes it hard enough to send a package because there are so few places to do so. And to do business with a place that won't provide a receipt makes it even more difficult! Awful service!"
