"Worst owner of a UPS store ever the guy has real problems. All I did was ask how long it would take for a refund from Amazon when he told me two weeks I asked for his boss. He refused and refused my package as well. He then threw my package at me, cursed me at me. I cursed at him, he then tried to hit me which he failed at because I held his shirt stopping him from hitting me and that’s ripping his shirt. Either way this is the worst customer service I’ve ever gotten, if a customer ask for Corporate or your bosses phone number to make a complaint he should be required to do so whether he is the owner of the store or not. Nobody should go to this UPS store for help. Apparently you can get hit for asking a question."

"I had to return an Amazon purchase but ran into a few problems with the label. The 2 ladies working went above and beyond to assist me..They made it seamless!! They were also lovely, funny sweet, kind and helpful to every customer they encountered.. Highly recommend and will absolutely use again!!!"

"I rented a box here. I was previously told that a small PO box was over $700 per year. I have since learned from someone working in the store that that information was incorrect. The correct price for the first year is on par and appropriate compared to similar services. After the first year, the price goes to $320 per year, which is pricier than some other services but consistent with other UPS Stores. I apologize to the business for my previous review, which was one star, after being given the incorrect price. All experiences so far have been enjoyable and cordial. I hope to do business here for many years to come successfully."
