"I wasn't going to leave a review, but Google asked me to, so here it goes. I called and spoke with an adult male in regards to screen repair for a Samsung Note 10plus. They said they could repair it the same day for $300. I said ok I will be right there. I live close. I got there at 4 and was greeted by a young boy that could hardly speak English. He said it would take 20 minutes. I said OK. Had my 2 kids with me so we went to go do the bounce ride. After 30 minutes we went back and the guy wasn't done. He said 15 more minutes. We left and came back around 4:50 and he was done. He asks if I want a screen protector. I say yes and he says $25 more. Then he says $50 more tax. Then he settles on $375. Im frustrated but have to go and be somewhere at 5. I pull out my card to pay and he's like cash only. He never told me cash only over the phone...meanwhile there's an apple pay device on his cash wrap! He pointed to a no name brand ATM. $4 to take out money and you can only take out $200 at a time. So they got me for $8! I pay and run. When I leave and get to my next location I notice that my s pen is gone. I try to call the stand and my speaker doesn't work. I then text after multiple failed calls and they say to come back. Consequently I also had somewhere to be at 6:15. I had to cancel and go back to the mall stand where he made the second repair and have me back my pen. Again hardly speaking any English. I will never go back to this place as I had a horrible experience and I would encourage anyone else not to go as well!"
