"On the evening of 11.18 I selected an Instapot that was labeled on sale at $69.99. I took a pic and sent it to my hubby as I was excited about my find. At checkout it scanned at $129.99. I alerted the self checkout clerk (he was amazing) and he verified the price in my pic. He then asked for manager approval over the walkie. The manager went back and forth for almost 10 mins leaving me waiting at checkout. Matthew (the manager) refused to honor the price after he removed the sale price tag. I called him out on his dishonest action. He still refused to honor his team's mistake. He then refused to provide me with the next level leader's info for me to speak with. Every associate I encountered was great. Matthew's poor choice and behavior will have me ahol elsewhere. *I was able to resolve my price issue via Customer Relations. *"
