"Very knowledgeable. I was very happy they were upfront when I asked if it would be better to get my laptop fixed or get a new laptop. It wasn’t worth fixing, better to just invest in the new laptop because they couldn’t guarantee that my laptop would last a year, 2 years, etc. So why spend $500-700 to get it fixed and still have to get a new one in a year or two? The new laptop I choose with almost all the specs I wanted was $900. The salesman listened to what I wanted and didn’t try to upswell me something crazy. 100% will go to them again for laptop woes!"
"Waste of my time! I explained the situation with my phone as I purchased it from Best Buy, they looked up my info saw what phone I had. Scheduled my appointment, I came in early waited even longer. After waiting, I gave my name my info was seen in system, guy asked how he could help. He looked at my screen as it was cracked and said “ sorry I can’t help you, we only fix apple items at this location not Samsung, our phone reps make these type of mistakes all the time with scheduling for the wrong items”.....Never coming here again, will never recommend anyone I know to come here either, bad customer service!!! One star is not deserved"
