"Very disorganized, not happy with my service. I don’t ever want to use them again. Had 3 windows replaced, 2 done, one completely scratched inside with swirl marks and deep scratch marks. The last one, they broke trying the first time, had to wait longer for ordered glass was told when it would be complete, guess what came to pick it up and still wasn’t done. They need to do better! And the price Jeeze Louise!!"

"Thievery, OEM part removed and kept/discarded without communication to owner. They replaced my FJ cruiser windshield. Didn’t tell me they would not be able to re- attach trim which is attached to vehicle, not the actual windshield. They took off the original factory trim and put a piece of garbage aftermarket part on. I realized 2 years later when the junk flew off. Guy at desk told me I was being irrational when I said they either “stole the part or junked it.”I asked them where my part was if it isn’t on vehicle. The part from Toyota is over $300. He told me the old windshield isn’t on vehicle either. Also told me FJ Cruisers aren’t popular anymore. I told them they’re supposed to be professionals. They aren’t. Loud mouth with snide comments. They arrived and left within 20 minutes, and the windshield looks fabulous! I definitely recommend this place and will be returning in the future, if ever needed. Awesome experience!"
