"Our car was brought here from a local mechanic after they could not figure out the solution to our cars problem. We were initially fine, not quite satisfied though, by the service we received here. We've since are quite frustrated by the service we received. Our car overall performed better for the first week after we received the vehicle back after they had for a little over 2 weeks. When we first picked up the car, our trunk was not properly put back together, and under the hood of our car had hoses and piece still visibly disconnected. ( We also later found out our battery was not put together properly.) When we went back inside to bring these up, we were helped, but the attendants were visibly and verbally frustrated about us not simply connecting everything back ourselves since its “easy to do”. Sorry, but we are not mechanics to know how to put the hoses and pieces that were detached under the hood back together and know it was correct… also all of this should have been done before the car was returned. While they got our car in right away, when I called them to see about having them check it again because it's symptoms were returning and clearly not fixed, suddenly they were booked out for over 2 months.. If the car wasn't properly fixed and could be taken in instantly before, a over 2 month wait did not make sense. Since going to this auto shop, we've had 2 different mechanics cleaning up the issues this shop left. We should have known by all the loose parts under the hood of the car, but all the brand new parts we paid for were ruined in 3 months because almost everything was either not secured enough where they rattled out of place, or parts like ignition coils were so tightly installed that they cracked or shattered, and this is frustrating because we were told to opt for the more expensive parts supplied by Ford to ensure that parts would properly fit our vehicle. To summarize, the work here was below average and a complete waste of time because we've had to visit multiple mechanic to completely redo everything they “fixed”. Incredibly frustrated to have several hundred dollars down the drain and have to do all this work again because of lack of quality control in the work that was done."

"I have never been treated so poorly by a service dept. After today i can honestly say i will never buy a vehicle from this dealership nor use the service department again. Plenty of Ford dealers in the area to choose from. This is not the one to use."

"Customer service is excellent come and check out the Ford dealership they work very hard for you to get what you need keep up the great work I enjoyed being there they made you feel like I was at home"

"Their service is excellent but a little slow, I believe, due to lack of mechanics and/or the lack of supply from Ford Motor Company. In the latter case, Ford Motor will not supply the necessary parts for the repair. I find this totally unexceptable. The mechanic that fixed our truck was skilled and knowledgeable. The reception staff was excellent. My only negative comment I have is, the loaner vehicle we were given was 9 years old and very dirty inside and out. It did, however, run well and served our purpose while our truck was laid up"

"If I could give 0 I would! Came in for door recall (must reschedule); Airbag light stays on (needs a switch);Back up camera not working ( can repair takes an hour and diagnostics, again) Bumper to Bumper warranty but that's not being upheld. Sat here for almost 4 hours only to be given a estimate and pay $130. For Reading a test?! Nope, never again."
