"Very weird experience. Owner calls me five times in a row at 8am (I was not next to my phone) leaves a VM and says if I do not call back within an hour he is canceling my job. The job is for a broken Hisense TV which I’ve owned for all of 6 weeks. Two lessons here - Do not buy a Hisense TV, they are absolute garbage and lesson two is to not use this company for repairs. This guy flat out said if he calls five times and someone doesn’t answer it’s a sign they no longer need his services. I said.. people work my friend, people don’t always have their phone on them. Weirdo is completely detached from reality. I paid less than $300 for a 55 inch tv thinking I got a deal. The TV is going straight in the trash, I’ll take my loss and purchase a name brand that actually works."

"This company is a complete joke. They were assigned to my warranty case for my defective Hisense tv, and the first interaction I had with them last week was pleasant, even after notifying them I had to reschedule my appointment last week. Today was a TOTALLY different scenario. I received 5 phone calls back to back, even after sending them to voicemail the first 4 times. On the 5th call, I had the lovely joy of speaking with the owner of this wonderful establishment, to basically have a yelling match with him twice(yes I had to call back because he hung up on me the first time, after telling me my “case was going to be closed” because he kept talking over me. I was then told that the reason he called me 5 times in a row is because he was from “London” and they “don’t talk to machines” or use “fax” hence the reason he couldn’t leave me a voicemail asking me to reschedule. Then when I told him that I couldn’t make the requested appointment he wanted, he basically told me to go kick rocks. I would suggest this guy goes into another business sector because customer service is not hours strong point."

"Years ago, I was assigned this vendor from ATT Asurion. I was so eager to speak about my repair but was met with the owner who in return was rude and condescending without reason. To my surprise ATT is still using this vendor. They need to do more research who they give their business to. Stay away, not worth the headache."

"If I could give this business a zero I would. Do not deal with this company. If you are filling a claim thru Asurion for tv repair make sure that they do not assign this business to your claim. Asurion needs to remove this tv repair company from their list of repair service providers. I called Asurion the young lady I dealt with was awesome. I was refunded my initial claim and will never have to deal with Phillips tv repair again!!!!!"

"Called regarding an out of warranty tv... the first rep I spoke with could barely speak English and literally wasn't listening to a word I said. I literally had to repeat myself every time I spoke. He finally just told (not asked) me to video the issue then email him. He said he would call me back a few minutes later so we could figure out a fix and then hung up on me. I got a call back the next day from "Shane" whom was apparently the person I had emailed (rather than the person I had originally spoken with) although he had no idea why I emailed him. We attempted to coordinate a service call however after not being able to accommodate 2 times he provided, he stated "Ok well how about you call us back when you get your schedule sorted out." I'm sorry... I have a job I can't call out of work for a TV service appointment. These guys are clearly disorganized and rude."
