"If you find yourself having a bad customer service experience at Lakeside you can find blame by looking in the mirror because you're unreasonable and difficult. LOL! seriously though I love all the people at Lakeside. I am a motor-head at heart, I do a lot of my own work because I can and because I enjoy it. I find myself very distrustful of others working on my cars, I can be very unreasonable at times when I need help. So when I say you can trust Lakeside I mean it, you can really trust them. I get all my inspections done there. We now get our tires there. I would trust them with large and small jobs. They helped with a control arm issue on my accord and the tech thought it was a wheel bearing (which I really can't do because you need a press). When they dug into the car it turned out to be an upper control arm ball joint. They called me up, were completely transparent about it, and fixed it up and it's still doing great! The manager is such a great guy if he ever leaves I'm following him. He researches part quality before he buys stuff, he does all the things I would do with my own work which is awesome."
