"Have had work done here on several vehicles and have always been pleased with the work."
"Took my malibu a few months back when I had a small front end collision. They took care of it right away and kept me up to date the whole time. The car was back to me exactly when it was promised and looked even better then it did before the accident. These guys know what they are doing. If you need any body work done. I wouldn’t hesitate to come here again. Great overall experience"
"Very clean & reliable service .it's crazy to have such faith in a mechanic shop .but all my family & friends have used cope's & we all highly recommend they are the only place to go"
"Always fast, friendly and efficient and affordable service. I call them and the people who answer the phone are always friendly. These days friendliness is forgotten but Cope’s always gives top tier service. Totally recommend. Thank you."
"Scheduled for an early morning appointment for front brakes diagnostic test. Later some guy call back, asking what's wrong with the brakes apparently he couldn't find anything wrong until I explained the concerned, he was unsure of the work that needed to be done but will call with an estimate.. Around 3:30pm a different person called with the guesstimate of $887. 00 supposedly for Front brakes pads but also new rotors and new calipers.. The good news was that they wouldn't be able to do the JOB after having the car all day in the shop. Furthermore I end up taking my vehicle to my original Mechanic who ended up just replacing the pads and remilling the rotors at a cost of $437. I just wanted to point out this to the management."
