"Sorry for the lengthy review and this is something I never do but it is well justified. I used Predoc to perform yearly maintenance on my septic system. This year (2020) after the maintenance was performed (that same night) i had a awful septic smell throughout my entire house. I waited a couple days thinking the smell would dissipate and after it didn’t, i called Predoc. I was put in touch with a couple different techs who both advised me that what was done wouldn’t of caused this issue but at this point i was made aware that during the maintenance was performed something needed to be “fixed” and i would receive a proposal soon. A few days past and i called back (the smell was awful and I’m pretty sure was putting my family’s heath at risk), at this point i was provided the proposal.... a part needed to be repaired for $600 and payment needed to be made in full before the work would be scheduled!!!! As unhappy as i was, i was forced to pay this and see what would happen when the work was complete. Still at this point, Predoc assumed no responsibility. I was being questioned if i had plumbing work done recently at my home ect. Nothing of that nature occurred. Almost a month later, the repair was made and that same night was the first night our upstairs drains didn’t emit septic odor that spread throughout the house. I called back in the office the next day to let them know..... Obviously what was broke and repaired was the cause of this issue. It was bad enough we had to deal with the smell for a month but then get beat over the head for $600!! The receptionist on the phone was very nice, understanding and considerate. I was requesting to be reimbursed due to the damaged was obviously done during the maintenance. This needed to be addressed by the VP Meghan who was out of the office but was returning the next business day. I waited a week then called back for a status. I was advised that Meghan told the receptionist to let me know that the smell I experienced wasn’t caused by their tech and they are not taking any responsibility. I requested Meghan to call me back to discuss. At minimum i wanted to find out exactly what was repaired as well as talk about other issues I’ve been experiencing. I never received a callback and basically chalking this up to a loss all together. Since I’m not getting any cooperation from Meghan @ PreDoc, I have been in contact with engineers of the manufacturing company (American manufacturing company inc) and they have provided me with other companies I’m my area that service this product. A few other points. This system is only 4 years old that cost approx 30k to install (Drip Dispersal system and JET aerobic treatment system ). Predoc was the company who “designed” and maintains this system and over the past 4 years i have had nothing but problems. I’m on my 5th aerator motor (approx $400 each), countless alarms, flooding in basement, areas of my property that are constantly swamped and the list goes on and on. Hopefully if your choosing a company to maintain or design your septic system, this will be helpful information and prevent you from being in my current situation."

"I uncovered an old cesspit in my backyard. Predoc came in and filled it in properly and then re-graded the soil away from my patio. Great work for a great price."

"Fixed my broken sewage pie in the fraction of cost of other companies. I have a broken sewage pipe and I quoted 4 companies and they are the lowest. They came on time. Staff are very friendly. They explained how would they work. They dig down and find the broken pipe and replace it. The most amazing thing is their cost is nearly 1/3 of other big famous companies, Like Horizon, Lens plumbing. Not mention they did a quality job!"

"Paid for annual service and repair which was only partially completed. when asked to complete repair they refused to take any responsibility and wanted to charge full rate since that employee was no longer there. After showing supporting documentation they did review and covered repairs to make it right."
