"I called Tabbit's in the late morning and he was out to check on our broken washer within an hour or so. Unfortunately, the part that was needed along with the bearings being close to worn out made it a smarter move to just buy a new washer instead. Rather than try to sell us on fixing our old washer, he suggested buying a new one as it didn't make sense to put that investment into our current machine. Not the best situation but it was nice to get an honest recommendation on what we should do rather than put money into something that's not really worth it.
