"Horrible experience with their communication and professionalism throughout our interaction. The company never specified to my husband or I that car pickup will be at a random parking lot of the driver's choosing. Our contract and order details stated that pickup location is at my exact house address the entire time until the driver reached out to "meet behind Harris Teeter". Sketchy text without context from the company aside, the driver was extremely frustrated with me for "not knowing" car is to be picked up at a location of his choosing. Our 20 minutes of interaction "behind Harris Teeter parking lot" was absolutely awful! It consisted of a homeless person behind a dumpster trying to strike up a conversation with me, the pickup driver mumbling things in his native language, sighing the whole time, telling me if anything were to damage his other cars because this parking lot "has a lot of trees" then he is liable and it's the most unfair thing to driver and customers can just "do whatever". I repeatedly shared that I understand that he had been driving long distance all day and I empathized with him since the Company missed out a very important piece of information that put him in that situation and me having to walk home from the parking lot because I could not get a ride last minute after the car had been picked up. The driver did not want to hear anything but be unprofessional and resentful towards the customer. The whole experience was extremely unpleasant and uncomfortable. Praying that car delivery will be a better experience. Whether this is an isolated incident or their pattern, I will never use Global Auto Transportation again!"

"Booked with Global Auto to transport my Chevy Traverse from Pittsburgh, Pa. to Ft. Lauderdale Fl. Vehicle was to be picked up 10/14/19. I had a flight booked on 10/15/19. Vehicle was to be delivered 10/16/19. Alex called and asked if vehicle could be picked up Sunday 10/13/19, I agreed. Alex was to send me transporter's phone number, and told me driver would contact me. Did not receive phone number. Waited from 7am until 7pm, no call, no transport. Global Auto's office is closed Sundays, so could only leave voicemails, which I did. Called Alex on Monday 10/14/19, he had no idea pick up did not occur. Received a call from transporter's office telling me driver would call. Driver called at 11am and told me he would call between 2pm and 3pm. Driver also asked if I could drive my vehicle 35 miles North, to Cranberry, Pa., to meet him. I declined the drive. At 340pm, called driver. He said he was dropping off a vehicle in Cranberry and would pick mine up between 5pm and 6pm. Driver called at 550pm, told me he was 35 miles away,was on his way; did not have money for gas to Florida and needed me to give him $325.00 cash at the pickup. Cancelled transport. If you are looking to hire a transport company with zero communication, will jerk you around every way they can, views their clients as a convenience to their business, with drivers who try to extort money from you; then this is the company for you."
