"In its "glory days" it was ranked in 2017 & 2020 as the "Best Food Allergy Champion" for their extensive allergy menus and their preparation for making food safely. These are proudly listed on their website too. In fact it used to be a safe go-to place for me as GD had many Gluten Free options. I could even get loaded fries that were safe! Due to the change in ownership the company as a whole has gotten rid of the dedicated fryers and significantly reduced the GF menu. Big bummer and crumby of the company to disregard so many of their customers. I've had several worsening experiences but this takes the cake. The grilled wings continuously come out charred and inedible. Spending $53 and 19 out of my 24 wings ordered were charred to a crisp..."

"I've been coming here for years and can truly say I will not be going back. I was there two weeks ago and had very slow service as well as had cold food delivered to the table. I sent the cold food back and the manager came to apologize and offered to take it off the check as well as comp it for when I come back. As I believe sometimes people and establishments have off days and/or the staff just become tired if they are understaffed, I came back today and it was even worse. Our server Alyssa took our order than came to leave our food without any dipping sauces we asked for as well as more water and didn't come back til we finished eating and when mentioned didn't even seem apologetic.... when she finally came back we asked for the check and she just disappeared for another 15 minutes until I just paid through the QR code on the receipt. Food is great but bad service will make anyone think twice on revisiting."

"We love it. Great food. Fast and attentive service. Always a seat available. The portions are large and you won't leave hungry. Several wing flavors to choose from both boneless and bone in. I love Korean #2. It's a bit salty which I like. The fries are also on point. Highly recommend for a quick bite, meeting up with friends, or watching the big game."

"The glory days claw machine is rigged. It'll grab the toy, bring it to the top, then open the claw again so the prize drops then goes back to the starting position. Manager notified and said he can't do anything about the scam machine in their property with their name on it. He specifically said "there is something in it to let the toy go so it doesn't pay out" I said that's a scam and he shrugged his shoulders. I know it's not the most important thing, but says a lot about the place."

"Wow, where to even begin? Entrance is well taken care of with outdoor seating available in the shade. Quite a large outdoor space, they did put the space to great use! Great menu items, I was left with many thins to chose from!! Our host was nice, he was very friendly. The downfall was the arrival for the food to come to our table. It took approximately 40 minutes to get our food, the bacon and cheese burger with seasoned fries. It just the two of us, and it wasn’t that busy. I loved the fact that each table did have their individual TV the watch the show one wished for. The burger was well cooked, juicy and tender. Nicely seasoned bacon, and fries. Mango Ice Tea was flavourful. I will be back again but I hope that our wait time isn’t long."
