"The employees were amazing & very helpful. Although, I do not understand why as a FedEx location, you won’t invest in better equipment for your customers / to make the workers lives easier. You guys are “unable” to print labels or scan QR codes? Your customer service representative told me the nearest location to print labels is clear in Washington. Over 3 hours from where I live. How can you consider yourself a shipping office whenever you cannot even print your own labels ??? Makes no sense"

"Quick update, they delivered to the wrong address again, even after speaking with several reps and updating all information on the website. Do not use! Frequently lose packages, deliver to wrong addresses, accept any signature without any verification or any information. Damaged packages, late deliveries, etc etc Not too mention bad drivers and poor etiquette"

"Not reliable or trustworthy. The drivers frequently lie and rarely even attempt to deliver packages. Wouldn’t recommend for business or personal use."

"If they do not feel like delivering your package, they will say it is lost. Use UPS OR YOUR RELIABLE MAIL MAN/WOMEN/PERSON."

"I have always had good experience at this store, but today was the best. I don’t know his name but the guy with deadlocks is super helpful, super patient and guided me through the shipping process. He understood that package contained important documents and so was empathetic by giving us all the time we needed. Sometimes, it just takes great customer experiences like these to make one’s day, and I hope it makes his day too, if not more, when he sees this."
