"My uhaul was dropped off here without my knowledge when booked. This site requires a appt to get your box opened, unlike a commercial center which previous I had immediate access too. After reaching the owner and explaining the issues, John promptly arrived to help me access my belongings. In addition , he also helped recover a refund for late delivery. 5 stars for handling the issue."

"Absolutely terrible customer service. Would NOT recommend! Save yourself the headache! We made a reservation and PAID several weeks in advance. Spoke to them on the phone the day before reservation and was told we would be good to pick up on scheduled day. Arrive on day/time of reservation only to be told they had another reservation come in for the trailer today and they were taking it to them instead. They did not even bother to call to let us know our paid advance reservation was being canceled to give to someone else. So even if you have a paid reservation in advance, don’t count on them having what you need. And they were very rude when handling this situation which was their fault to begin with. Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a while. Never again! ——————————————————————————- Coming back to add and edit after the long, unprofessional rant/response on here from the manager John. It is full of untruths, as well as he had friends come add 5 star fake reviews calling us names just for sharing our experience. I’d be careful trusting any of the 5 star reviews as being unbiased customers. It’s pretty obvious that most of the few reviews they have are the manager himself or his friends. They also threaten to ban you from all Uhauls the second you say you are considering leaving a bad review. Apparently they just can’t handle any feedback that’s not completely positive to learn and grow from it. If you’re reading this, just go to a different Uhaul location and save yourself some trouble. We ended up at the one across town. They went above and beyond to help us and had fantastic customer service. They were much easier to work with. Any other location is probably better than this one."

"I made a reservation for 4 upods. Was called the day before and told that I can’t get four, only two at a time. That they only had one or two pod trailers. I told the rep that I would be there Friday around 4 to pick it up. When I get there the rep tells me that someone else called in and he is delivering the trailer to them and only had one pod trailer left. I told him I already had a truck coming to pick up the two. He said that there wasn’t anything that he could do. I called in a complaint online and the manager called me back and asked how he could resolve the issue. I told him there wasn’t nothing he could do because he only had one trailer pod left. So I would put a review online so others would know. He then told me since I was going to do that. I was banned from ever getting another uhaul product again and hung up the phone on me. Worst uhaul service."
