"Absolutely horrible there is about 5,000 packages inside of the store clearly there is not enough staff, I have a PO box that has not had mail in it for a week at this point. I have no idea what's going on but I sat for an hour just to watch and there's routinely 30 to 40 people needing help with their packages there needs to be more staff I don't understand why it's that complicated and I really would just like to know where my mail is"

"This is an incredibly friendly, helpful (they even hold the door!), knowledgeable and efficient UPS store. They are always so nice and get you in and out in a jiffy! Even at the holidays, when people are coming and going at a rapid pace, there is little waiting time. But it is the PEOPLE SKILLS that really gets me! They are so nice and act like you are the only customer in the store! Fabulous place! Awesome work culture! Congratulations!"
