"We have been renting trucks from Miller for over 4 years now, and they were always serviced at this location. I was called to bring our truck for PM even though it was there just a little over a month ago but I did not argue and the truck was dropped of on Wednesday and picked up on Sunday. We advised Tom and the young mechanic of the problem with the brakes, and were promised that it will be looked at. When I picked the truck on Sunday all of my drivers contents were missing, today when I called the shop and spoke to Tom he said that they did not even touch the truck just parked it across the street and nothing was done to it because it was a wrong truck. When I inquired about the brakes, his response was you never told me anything about the brakes. When Brian was the service manager at this location it was FIVE stars all the way! Worst experience ever!"

"The co-owner of our company had been inquiring about truck rental with the number provided on this website. There were times we were helped by a kind lady, but recently we got horrible customer service from a man answering the phones. It seemed as though the minute he heard an accent he made no effort to even try to listen, saying " Can you speak better English?", or even saying that we called the wrong number. This has happened several times. It can be a bit intimidating when you have people trying their best to learn and speak English, but being completely shut down by others the minute they try to speak it. This has been the only place that we have had issues with because of my co -owners accent. I wouldn't recommend this place due to their lack of professionalism and customer service."
