"I brought my devices (2 Phones & a laptop) in bc they had all been hacked and were causing me to fall behind at work. Best Buy had my devices for 5 days. Phones didn't even look like they had been touched. So, needless to say, everything still is hacked. When I picked it up, they said everything was fine, with no virus or malware. IDK if it's just that they don't know how to verify when a computer is hacked or someone just decided they didn't want to complete the job that day bc maybe it was just "too much work" for them to remove a hacker from 3 devices?!"

"They where friendly but wasn’t able to fix my problem over the phone had to go into the shop 3 times. In Morgantown to get my kids iPad pencil fixed they didn’t give me all my equipment back either said was apples fault an now her tablet is have issues. Hopefully they do better with it than the pen."
