"I ordered a refrigerator part two weeks ago. Tested the part prior to installation. I did not need the part and sent it back for a refund. Repair Clinic stated a prong was scratched and would not refund me. They stated if I wanted the part back, I have to get a return label sent to them or they will throw the part out. I have two weeks to get the label to them. I went to the UPS store and had them email the shipping label to them. After 4 days, I called because I did not get a response from Repair Clinic. They stated they did not receive the label. I went back to UPS and they resent the label. I have not heard from Repair Clinic yet. I'm starting to believe they will try to stall for the two weeks so they can keep the part and my money. If I do not get a response, I will take future action to get my refund. I am a returning customer and never had a problem with them before. After reading all the negative reviews, I'm losing faith in this company. I'm hoping they do the right thing."
