"The most dangerous place to live, constant problems with sewage, because of this, constant flooding of the apartment, problems with air conditioners, fungus in all rooms, gas cuts and a lot of other problems. no one is interested in solving this. It is impossible to ask questions or get an answer, what is drowning you is not your fault - it is only your problems. The manager is not competent at all, promises and does not do, blocks the number. I will say nothing about the various animals that climb into the house. Cockroaches, mice both alive and dead, flies, and a lot more. If you value your health and money, avoid this place."

"Horrible place. I was interested in renting this apartment, paid the deposit but immediately changed my mind. I tried contacting the apartment within the time frame to get a refund but I couldn’t reach anyone, drove down there multiple times but the office was always closed. Weeks after I got a response and was told they wouldn’t give me my money back even after them not being available to communication. Avoid this place!!"

"Current resident since May 2023. Sold my home in the area, moved here to keep my child in local school. Went first 3mths without a usable kitchen space even after I offered to repair and have taken from rent costs. Had to spend $ ordering food for myself and child. Had to store food in boxes on the floor. Deteriorated moldy cabinets finally replaced, no compensation offered for inconvenience. Was not made aware of constant flooding when shown the unit. Entire walkway up to door entrance floods. Must try to navigate on narrow wood beam (tight rope style) to keep from ruining your shoes. Kids cannot use side yard due to constant flooding, clogged drains and mosquitoes everywhere from standing water. Also, tenants who complain to mngmt end up with their cars towed by company that has partnership with complex at a charge of $140+ even with parking card visible in window. Absolutely not worth the price, very poor quality & service, plus nothing like the photos. If possible, I would've oobtained my over $3k deposit and left already."

"If you move here you're paying for the area and that's it. The apartments are barely held together by duct tape and shoddy workmanship which wouldn't be as big an issue if these units weren't so overpriced. While management seems well meaning they're barely on site and very difficult to get in touch with making it very difficult to have complaints addressed. I'm currently still waiting to have my dryer fixed after requesting a repair around Christmas. I've lived her since 2014 and the quality of this place slipped drastically over the years. My lease is up mid 2023 and needless to say I won't be renewing."
