"If you love being angry every time you come home, this is the place for you. The tenants are literally disgusting. They throw their garbage any and every where. There’s roaches. They block entrances with garbage bags because they’re to lazy to take it down 12 steps, they pee in the elevator, park in your assigned PAID spot, throw the most ridiculous 100 people plus parties in the courtyard until 3am, smoke weed around children in the common areas, STEAL your packages and let their dogs poop all over the common areas while the management does absolutely nothing except send you 100 notices to enter your unit to show your place to investors."
"Nice building. Loft apartments are cool."
"The Eastern Lofts apartment complex has been an amazing experience for me and my family. Having an affordable clean, safe place to live with indoor parking and a daycare in this convenient neighborhood in Philadelphia is awesome. At our fingertips is the Zoo, a driving range, a beautiful park, a museum and Downtown is a 10 minute bicycle ride away. The courtyard is such a beautiful place to read or relax as the property manager keeps it filled with lush plants and greenery, it is my favorite go to."
"Not the place you ever want to live. Lived here for 3 years and management could not be worse. Several open violations, and not being complied with. Often had to pay for my own repairs. Their “repairs” were often made by unlicensed and uninsured people. It took 3 years to somewhat “repair” horribly leaking mini-split AC units. Save yourself stress and live somewhere that management values their tenants rather than just building more properties instead."
"Cant never get in contact with nobody"
