"I did receive a response back immediately when I requested work to be done. Job was scheduled within the next several days. However, I was shocked to find out they charge $200/hour when I was handed the invoice. That was my fault for not asking up front. They were working at my home for 3.5 hours (but two of those hours were for driving around looking for parts). And one of the items they "fixed" was still broken. I let them know later that day. They suggested a fix that I could try. I let them know that still didn't fix the issue. And I've never heard back. So something they fixed actually made the problem worse. I was also not given a copy of receipts for parts purchased. I was only given a total amount. Yes, they were very polite and the work was good for the other fixes they made. Just shocked at the price and the lack of follow up on a still broken item."

He was able to come to the house upon completion of an earlier job and completed my job in less than 30 minutes. Adam is very professional, personable and does good work.
