"Very convenient location in terms of the traveling/commuter lifestyle. The gym has nice, versatile equipment, not to mention the lounge for cool hangouts. The staff is very friendly& hardworking as they are always making sure to accommodate their residents the best way they can!"
"Gabrielle shows me around and she was absolutely lovely. She gave an in-depth tour and I was blown away about the building itself and Gabrielle definitely added a touch a professionalism, realism and funniness. Was just an amazing tour. Ngl I’m probably coming back with my family so they could see and I want only Gabrielle to give me a tour."
"The security and amenities are great. However, when I visit my daughter, driving there from Maryland, it's a chore finding a place to park. It would be nice if I could get a special permit to park in front or on the side of the building for one or two days."
"Pros: 1. Convenient location. Target Starbucks CVS near by. 2. Friendly residents and staff. 3. Overall Well-maintained building. Cons: 1. The intercom system is only there for aesthetics, it’s non-functional aka you can’t buzz people in from it, requiring residents to come down for food deliveries. (Which honestly I’m fine with) except, a recent unannounced policy change now requires residents to fetch their own guests at the front door, raising questions about the luxury status of this building. If i would have known this, i wouldn’t have moved in. 2. Despite a reported incident of physical assault by a resident (apparently their 2nd offense), no action has been taken to remove the individual, raising concerns about their safety priorities. 3. Experienced a double charge of $400 for parking, requiring three attempts to reach a resolution. (Had to reach out in person, by email then had to call) 4. Lack of a notice to curb dogs in the dog run results in inadequate waste cleanup by pet owners. For the price and “luxury”’advertising. You honestly get a nice rooftop to enjoy (just for the summer). I would personally look at other places to move into."
"Top-notch apartment building in Northern Liberties area. Here are my favorite features: Location: Area is great as it is not as busy/noisy as Center City, but there are also great restaurants in the area. Target and CVS are conveniently nearby within walking distance. It is also quite safe; I've never felt in danger. Spring Garden is the nearest subway station, and it is easy to get onto I-95 if you have a car. There is also street parking; time enforced parking on Spring Garden (2 hours) and unlimited parking on 5th and 6th. Amenities: Probably the best part about this apartment! The gym is fabulous; although they don't have a squat rack, there is plenty of equipment to get a weightlifting workout in, and also plenty of cardio machines. It is never too busy; many times I have the whole gym to myself! Lounge area is gorgeous, and guests always admire the ample space and luxurious feel. We hosted a Halloween party up there and everyone had a blast. You get great views of the skyscrapers from the outdoor south deck, plus ample seating, bonfire pits, and cabanas. I could spend all day up there just relaxing. Management: Gabrielle from the leasing office is extremely kind and personable. She's always smiling and it feels like she is always looking out for us. The front desk staff always warmly greets us as we enter, and are vigilant as to not letting people in who are not supposed to be there. Shout-out to Jonell for always engaging in great conversation! :) The package office is very efficient; they send you a code which allows you to enter the room and find your package quite easily. Great way to keep your packages secure, with cameras constantly monitoring. Never had any issues with theft or missing packages. Cleanliness: Top-tier cleanliness in this building-- they take it very seriously. We've never seen bugs, mice, or other pests that tend to be common in Philly. There's always a pleasant aroma throughout the building (apparently there's a "scent guy" who comes every now and then!), and common areas are vacuumed and cleaned often. Would highly recommend this building, whether you've lived in Philly before or are new to the city. Very pleasant place to live, and we're happy to call it home for the past year."
