"This building is a gem. Large, industrial-style apartments with high ceilings and windows. The management group (PSCO) that took over last March has done an amazing job- amenities include a huge gym with lots of equipment, large rooftop with a dog park and small pool in the summer. Security, maintenance, and cleaning team are really nice. To the management team- Know that your hard work is not going unnoticed, and the positive changes you’re making are much appreciated by all of us!"

"For anyone who is currently considering leasing an apartment here, please see the attached correspondence first. The build itself is perfectly fine, however the inept management makes living here a painful experience. They are unresponsive, unapologetic, and at times, disrespectful to the residents who live here. They will put on a show for perspective residents, but the attitude changes immediately once a lease is signed. I could write a book on this issue, but I have chosen the attached correspondence to truly highlight my experience. This stems from a 3 month long closure of the roof top dog park, which is one of the amenities which initially appealed to me when apartment hunting. Management has continuously put off the work they deem necessary, and when called out, have no explanation. Their response is to summon me to their office, but when I simply request that any correspondence be in writing, they avoid the situation. The dog park is just one of many issues which the management team fails to rectify, and I encourage anyone who is considering living here to think twice before wasting their money."

"My friends lived here for two years and I think it is very well maintained. People who live here are all respectful to others, security guards are helpful, and building is clean. The view into Center City from the rooftop is amazing. Having a brewery next door is a big plus. Walking distance from a disc golf field as well!"

"Staff is extremely friendly, responsible and responsive. It is quiet and clean in an area close enough to everything without having to be in the center of the city. It’s safe and the common areas are beautiful. I looked at about 7 other places prior to moving and none of the other places even came close to the Fairmount at the price point."

"Great location. Near the park and city center. So far it's been a horrible experience at this building. Rain water has been flooding my floors since my first week of moving in. Placed several maintenance requests but nothing has been done. Also been waiting for window blinds for six months, so there's been no privacy. We get charged for amenities that aren't completed yet. We moved to this building 6 months ago and none of the amenities are completed yet. The staff is nice and friendly.The problem is with the irresponsible owners. Don't be mislead by the website."
