"Though you don't pay any utilities, you also can't control the heat in your apartment and it gets very hot in the winter. The apartments come with an air conditioner built in but it's still hot inside. They only have one bedroom and studio apartments available. Each unit comes cable ready, and they only offer Comcast. The property is clean and fenced in, close to shopping and public transportation."
