"Been living there less than a year, so far no complaints ,rent is affordable utilities are included except electric not a a bad place at all, for most of the night and days is quiet. Parking lot is fair .. everything like grocery store , laundry mat in walking distance the only bad thing is no laundry."

"The superintendent is very bald but helpful. I am convinced he sleeps with a tool box under his pillow. When I take my raccoon out for a walk I always see him fixing everything with a wrench. What a great guy ! Except for the fact he's bald I have no other complaints. 5+ stars !"
