"If I can give 0 stars I would. This has to be the most unprofessional experience I have ever had. I had a tour scheduled for 12:30 Pm. I traveled over an hour to view this apartment complex because I was highly interested, once I arrived to brewerytown I saw that I received a confirmation email from the agent whom I was supposed to tour with; I responded with enthusiasm roughly at 12 PM, the agent responds and tells me that he scheduled someone else because I did not respond to the email within the hr he sent it. (who is constantly checking emails while driving?) I specifically confirmed my tour the day prior because I knew I will be traveling a while to get there. Why ask me to confirm the day before if you’re going to disregard the confirmation. I arrived at 12:20 PM and texted the number provided via email. Jordan confirmed that he is unable to show the unit because he scheduled someone else to tour at the same time I was scheduled for. No phone calls were attempted. Why ask for my number if you’re not going to utilize it in such unique cases? Very unprofessional. Waste of time, gas, miles and energy!. If you want to view a space where the management company and their poor excuse of an “leasing agent” are inconsiderate to your time, set a tour at this place. Pathetic."
