"Super unprofessional and disappointing center. It was incredibly horrible, rude and unprofessional service that I have gotten from this center. It took me so long and so much time to eventually seek mental health treatment. Sadly, this place is the first I have decided to go in order to get the diagnosis and treatment that I desperately needed for a long time. I have been suffering from ADHD and depression like mental health issues because of which I have gone through a lot and even worse lately that I am not being able to do my work. I have researched places where I get a treatment and this place happened to be the closest and misleadingly got good reviews on google map as they only post positive review not negative one even though they request you to provide your review. The management need to seriously look into the unprofessionalism and rudeness of their provider /service if they really care about their patients and business. Firstly, even though they claim to provide an hour first session and 45 minutes follow up sessions, I have got 20ish minutes of first session and same duration of follow up session. I was hoping to discuss and get to the bottom my health issue,nevertheless, the assigned provider named Grace Onegbu is unbelievably rude rushing the process even saying that she gotta speed up/wrap up my session to get to other people as if I did not pay for the service. Secondly, any patients more importantly mental patients got to be treated with understanding , compassion and respect as opposed to rudeness or any other unprofessional behaviors which the provider has shown during the entire process . Thirdly, I’ve clearly informed that I came to the place because I desperately and urgently need a professional help and do whatever the provider thinks fit to treat me illness. She prescribed me a non stimulant namely atomaxtine and stressed out the fact that it took sometime to help me treat my condition and before going to any kind of stimulant prescription. Though I want to get out of my condition, I’ve accepted her recommendation and decided to meet after three weeks . Finally, even though we’ve agreed to meet again after 3 weeks , she informed the service assistants to cancel or assign other provider . Even with this manifestly unprofessional attitude, I’ve asked the assistant if she can assign me Dr Ravikumar Bhalavat, I was told he’s unavailable for the coming 6 or 8 weeks and so I’ve informed since I’m in desperate need of professional help, I’m gonna look for other genuinely professional service providers. The takeaway from this appalling experience is that I’ve learned where not to go and advise others to do the same!"

"It took us quite awhile to find a psychiatrist for our 11 year old son, then we decided to reach out to American Psychiatric Care. Mrs. Ditto is absolutely amazing! She's concise, to the point, caring, and asks all the right questions to get to the root of the problem. Our son has done a complete 360 and is a completely different person....in a good way. He's happy and enjoying life again. Mrs. Ditto also doesn't push medication down your throat, which was a huge fear of ours. While our son is on medication he's on the lowest dose possible and she's phenomenal at monitoring his progress and only adjust if it's absolutely needed. Don't get me wrong, he still has his issues here and there but things are miraculously different and I have to give almost ALL the credit to Mrs. Ditto."
