"Think twice before moving Into this apartment complex, I live here now and there are SO many issues with the building, staff, and neighbors. Not to mention my fridge as well as other electronics trip constantly. They have known about this issue since June, it’s December and they still have yet to address this. I come home to / wake up to spoiled food WAY too often. I Can not run my dishwasher at the same time as my dryer and I can’t use my countertop outlets if there is something plugged in and running in the living room, it’s NOT worth it. Look elsewhere and you may be happier!"

"We have been at Reserve at Crosswicks since 7/28. From day one Alyssa Haines has gone above And beyond from touring the apartment, to answering all our questions and always with a smile. Move in day was a breeze. Pool, gym, dog park, and clubhouse are fantastic. Everyone is so nice. From the employees to the tenants. Ryan and Louis are great they fixed a loose towel rack. Best decision we made after selling our home of 29 years. It is kept spotless. No issues with packages or mail. We love our new home."

"I have had only great experiences with the ladies at the leasing office. Jaqueline is amazingly pleasant and Alyssa is a superstar! Throughout the leasing process all of my questions were answered to my liking and even after, my interactions with them were excellent! We are a few months into our lease and we have recently acquired storage space through the office and even though I am incredibly picky, Alyssa had no problem showing me all of the available units in my building which was much appreciated. When work orders are put in they are immediately resolved. I have no complaints and I look forward to extending my lease agreement in the future."
