"I stayed here and booked 2 rooms Nov. 18th. After checkout and the authorized deposits were charged for incidentals the hotel initiated my refund and for $38 and $40, then cancelled them the same day. Nothing was taken or broken in the room . I even made the bed in one of the rooms. I have been trying to get my refund on the deposits since then. But when I call the front desk hangs up and I can’t speak to anyone. It’s a shame because the hotel is nice. But if you want your deposits back DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!"
"From what I understand from a wedding I just attended, the sales team makes promises that the front desk can't execute. The bathroom was not clean and there was no toilet paper. The staff was rude."
"Dear Home 2, Let me start off by saying the staff is less than friendly but the do try to accommodate your rest to the best of their abilities. So, this hotel is called home 2, well my home had water pressure in the bathrooms, doors handles on the doors, extra towels for guest and more than 1 pillow ( I had a pain in my neck to the point I had to call down to the front desk and ask for another pillow.) Then the pillows are not luxury pillows they feel like they came from the dollar tree. Also, my home has a STOVE, they have microwave, full size refrigerator DISHWASHER and NO STOVE. Who does that? Overall, the stay wasn't bad just uncomfortable as heck. We will not be staying here again. Thank you,"
"Room was very clean upon our arrival. Water pressure, for the shower, was at or almost 0 for several minutes at a time. Room was not serviced as we were there for 3 days. Very disappointed that the front desk didn't take our concerns more seriously. The "guarantee", posted on the wall apparently means nothing. No financial consideration even brought up by the front desk or manager. Update: Spoke with someone the day after initial review. The woman was basically accusing me of lying about the water pressure being 0 in Room 408. Their solution was to give me "points". Not acceptable. They then offered 10% off the bill. Not acceptable. Never addressed the lack of housekeeping. The hotel's "guarantee" of a 100% satisfaction is false. Needless to say, I can't recommend someone staying at this hotel for the lack of customer service. I will amend my star recommendation to a "2"."
"Melony...? The weekend front desk lady is always very helpful and has a great disposition. Love her! This is my second time to stay at this hotel and am a diamond member. The carpets are disgusting inside the rooms and the hallways. There is certainly an issue about supplies at this hotel. No bath mat, no kleenex, no regular coffee in room, minimal towels, minimal pillows, no laundry bag, and the list goes on. The powers that be need to spend some money on this hotel. I hope they are treating their employees well. They sure aren't giving them the tools they need."
