"Love the place! I've been living here at Brentwood Gardens for a year and it's been a great experience! Lots of nice kids for my kids to play with, the grounds are kept clean and safe, the neighbors are friendly and do things together (zoo trips, sharing homemade food, etc.), snow is removed promptly, grass mowed appropriately, and the management is responsive and courteous. Matter of a fact, any issue/repair is handled quickly by Oscar (the manager) who lives in the apartment complex and is 24/7 available and takes pride in keeping the place neat. I've had a few friends inquire about living here, but it seems like no one wants to move out (great testament to Brentwood Gardens and its management). Now that Brentwood just installed modern high efficiency washers and dryers (and a new playground is coming), I bet apartment availability will become even more tight. Oh yeah, the spacious garage they rent for $65/mo is so much cheaper than a storage space...it's a great deal. The only thing that could make this place better is that after the heavy snow and plowing of last winter, fresh resurfacing for the access roads and parking areas would cover the pot holes nicely and add more curb appeal to the complex.
