"It is so sad for me to see what this community has become from when it was first built. Original property owners bought into this development with good faith and unfortunately, Kaplan builders has done such a disservice to the property owners because they still own/and rent over 60% of the units, making it extremely difficult to resell a unit - creating a situation where it is basically impossible for a potential buyer to purchase a unit unless they have at least 20% down payment and don't mind living among a large transient rental population that has no vested interest in the property. The value of these homes has depreciated significantly as a result of this. This is truly a "Buyer Beware" situation."
"I have lived here since 2011 and the complex maintains a low level of renter consideration. We got ANOTHER last minute notification that someone needs to come into our home for an inspection. Every time something like this needs to happen, we are provided with less than 12 hours notice. This is problematic since we must remove our dog from the home or stay home from work. Oh and the local doggie day care requires 24 hour notice, so the last minute notification causes a multitude of problems. Maintenance is never completed as promised. They took our renewed lease, but still thought we were moving out. No one here picks up after their dog and it is NEVER addressed. This place was great when we first moved in, but there has been a steady decline in the care shown to the complex and its residents."
"Maintenance needs more staffing"
