"Had a short term rental from 6/18–1/19 ( sorry for the tardiness in my review!). Management was very flexible. Very clean and comfortable. Move in and move out no problem (full deposit) Wasn’t close to 78, but potentially could see a noise issue if I were. Within the apartment no real noise issue, but hey it’s apartment living right? Probably depends on your neighbors. I checked 5 places within 10 mile radius, was my top choice, no regrets!"

"Very good for Lebanon nj. The place is clean, no bugs, I'm not close to 78 part- so noise doesn't bother me. The pool is immaculate. I wish they had a nicer gym, but I like it. I lived in Avalon close to summit for 7 years. You definitely have to drive a lot more here, but at least it's scenic."

"STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS POSSIBLE!!! This place deserves zero stars. The construction and insulation is so poor that it is impossible to live a normal life with the constant noise level. The building management could care less about the tenants. They never return calls or handle any issues in the building. If you are lucky enough to get John Kerwin, the building manager, to pick up the phone, he will most likely just slam the phone in your ear. This is the most unprofessional management company to ever exist, which is most likely the reason this place is a revolving door. People are leaving daily on a mass exodus."
