"I have a family member who lives here and seems to be content, I visit often. The building is secure, door bells work and have intercom feature when someone rings, at the moment there is no way to buzz open the door so tenants need to go down or up to door to let guests in and accept deliveries. If you are friendly with the residents they are friendly to you. Best to keep your business to yourself to avoid drama. Hi how are ya and have a nice day in passing is perfect, don't get sucked in to the drama or pay attention to the problems a hand full of tenants choose to take turns havimh with others as it's the best way to avoid them finding a problem with you later on.. It's not a dirty building, common areas are fresh, the units are a little overpriced in my opinion for how outdated they are. They are in good shape though,other then desperately needing new windows which I have noticed have been replaced here and there. They don't seem to be set on replacing all of the windows at once but I'm sure they would replace them if and when tenets requested as they couldn't ignore the need. No laundry hook ups in units.. There are a set of coin operated washers and dryers on two of the floors, 1st and 3rd. There is a large in wall window A/C in each unit that works well a fan is recommended to pull cold air into bedrooms, garbage disposals are a plus, heat is hot water heated by gas and water and gas are included so free heat.. Parking is at capacity so a 1 vehicle per unit rule has been put in place but not strictly enforced if issues arise I'm sure it will be. There is on street parking that is visible from most units. Not sure what the pet policy is but a few residents have a dog and a few have some cats."
