"Do not move into Croftwood Apts! The hallways are filthy, the laundry rooms are dirty, and if they want a tenant out for any reason small or large they will issue non renewal notices. Usually they get rid of the people when they want higher rents from the apts or if the tenant complains about the dirt and unkept grounds. Within a year and a half since they got rid of me they raised the rent in the one bedroom from $1000.00 to $1450.00."

"My husband wrote a review about us living here for 7 years now we have gone through 3 managements since.But i have to say that when we moved here the halls were dark and smelle which was express to us when family visited. 2nd management was the pandemic. Now 3rd management have had their hands full with apartment fixing out door lights that were not working and lots of building renovations that are happening now, with that said there's alway things that will break down that also has to be take care of. We give Michelle lots of credit in trying to handle all situations as they come."

"I live at the sister property chalet village but I would like to write this review based on the property manger of these facilities. Her name is Michelle and I would really love to express how wonderful and thankful I am for her. She's a hard worker and truly dedicated to her job. I know I cant be the only resident that thinks this way she is just fantastic. If you need something she is on it. A question a concern anything and she really puts her heart into helping you. I have lived at Chalet for 3 years and in those 3 years I have never once had a complaint she has made my living here very comfortable in knowing if I ever have a problem it will be fixed."
