"My family have lived here for Over 14 years +and are very happy with the community.. Five stars is not enough to show how happy I am with Chalet Village management, especially in our manager Michelle . Michelle has always been a great help and you'll be in great hands if you work with her, but the spotlight this time needs to be shined on maintenance staff, Maintenance issues are resolved in a timely manner and the maintenance staff here is pretty darn good. The office staff is always polite and courteous and attentive to our needs. Rents are affordable and the property is, for the most part kept clean. We believe in being clean courteous neighbors and hope all neighbors share the same sentiment..."

"I have lived at Chalet Village for 3 years now. And what a wonderful 3 years it's been. I was transitioning after my husband passing away of 15 years. It was a change but moving here has made such a wonderful impact. Lovely neighbors well maintained property and the most wonderful property manager Michelle. She is so sweet and whenever I need anything she is right there to help. I had a small leak in my bathroom and she was on top of it. She had a lovely man I by the name of Cleveland fix the problem. He was very helpful and explained what the problem was step by step. I don't write reviews often but I just had to say how thankful I am for being able to live in such a nice community."

"I have such a terrible experience with a Property Manager her name is Michelle Nguyer. Gave deposit to hold apt 69 I Chalet Village apartments in Aug for Oct 3 moving date, She cancelled my application 2 days before moving. I already had Lease Agreement signed. She was very rude,very disfunctional and no experience. I am still waiting on my full refund like she stated in her email. You can not reach her or anyone in Corporate by phone. Very disappointed . And I want to share pictures of the apartment 69 that she actually wanted me and my daughter move in in this discussed conditions. Looks like not enough maintenance staff to do the work."

"Chalet Village has been my home since 2016. This community is a rare find. The schools across the street add the joyous laughter of kids in the summer time. The spring offers beautiful trees and tame wildlife. The convenience of the shops, restaurants, numerous parks, and airports within driving distance make this place perfect for my family. You will not find a community like this within 1000 miles. You should only move here if you’re planning to stay for years. The only thing that can make my family move is being able to buy a house in the area."
