Arbor Lane Apartments

"Unit: 5 stars/ Parking: -100 stars/ delivery security: -100 stars! This place is great if you hate parking anywhere close to your building EVER or if you enjoy every single package you receive getting stolen! Don't get me wrong the unit is great and if you pay your rent on time your not gonna have a problem, but if you like to leave your house after 8pm you will park the equivalent of BLOCKS away from your apartment building! They do have “security” that “checks” for parking permits but they are a joke. I love how many unstickered cars get to part up close to the apartment that i actually live in. Motorcycles taking up whole parking spaces? Great. I have stopped getting packages delivered because even though they are quite the residents absolutely LOVE to steal your packages. Have i told management? No what are they gonna do. There are no cameras or building security because absolutely anyone can walk right into any of the buildings. So if you dont drive and you dont get mail its great!"

"I have nothing but good thing’s to say about this apartment any time I need maintenance to come after hour’s they are here quick. The maintenance staff is very nice The office staff is very nice and addresses any concerns or questions I have quickly. If I could change one thing about this place would be I wish I moved here years ago ."

"My daughter and I recently moved in October of 21’. The management have been nothing short of accommodating. Maintenance is always performed when requested and my questions are always answered. The grounds are kept clean and the pool is a wonderful amenity as well. To date I have no complaints of my time living here."

"Had incident with maintenance entering our apartment for an emergency on the floor below us. The leasing person was told to be careful as we have a cat that comes to the door, etc. We understand, as these kind of situations happen. Upon coming home from work, I find that our one bedroom window is open (side without the screen), the HVAC door is completely open, and the door to our apartment is UNLOCKED!!!! We have a cat that could hav easily jumped out the window, and she would have been gone, and or someone could have gotten lucky with getting into our place to rob us. Nothing about the situation is acceptable. The property manager did say she spoke to the maintenance staff about this, and that it will absolutely never happen again. It should not have happened in the first place!! Complete negligence. Would have been nice to know a complete, accurate reason from the leasing office as to WHY entry to our apartment was needed. We were told a flush valve. Yeah, ok?! I got a better explanation from the maintenance person I spoke with after calling their emergency line to ream them out. Come to find that they will more than likely need re-entry later in the week to finish the issue. Would have been nice to know that without prompting someone for the info! Communication is key with the management, and maint. staff. Very upset over this, and leary about entry in the future. The staff are not all they are praised to be by the other reviews. Sorry not sorry."

"I’ve been living in Arbor Lane Apts for about 4 1/2 years now. I love living here very much. It’s comfortable it’s cozy and I feel secure. I also wanted to say thank you again for a wonderful maintenance staff and the job that they did for my place today. A great big shout out to Joe who came today as soon as the work order was put in place. He did the job exceptionally well. Thank you so much for taking care of me and making my home feel more comfortable and secure. Maintenance staff and the management are great, no complaints... no maybe just one (Electricity issues, but that’s on PECO!!Maintenance always gets the job done. The maintenance replaced my vertical blinds in the living room, I needed blinds replaced in the bedroom, I also had a brand new ceiling fan put in my dining room, and a few more minor things, and the job that the maintenance did was exceptionally great. Thanks again Joe for always Getting the job done and getting it done right. Bruce and Joe you guys rock!!!THANK YOU!!!"
