"Nobody cleans the stairs and the laundry. The entrance smells damp, needs dehumidifier. The washer and dryer move while they are working. The door of the washer is moldy noone takes care of the machines."
"I was denied by this complex after being told my credit wasn’t an issue, after leaving several messages for Christina was called back and was told a straight “no” With no explanation as to why then proceeded to tell me she already rented all the 2 bedrooms out."
"I love this place. My mom loves her with my young nephews and I must say Mary Ann and Christina are the nicest ladies we have ever met. Maintenance comes out when we call. The management crew goes above and beyond! Love this complex"
"When we first came here I told the leasing agent exactly what we were looking for peace and quit. I asked that our neighbor be people that had regular 9-5 jobs and no kids I work 7 days a week until 6am from home. I work at night so that i can concentrate on work and sleep during the day while everyone else is at work. We were told that they had the perfect apartment for us quiet and no kids, and that this was a community if we had any problems to simply contact the leasing office and that they would take care of it. We moved in on July the 25th after a week, we heard kids screaming and crying and loud rap music from the apartment above us. I came to find out that not only were there a family with 2 kids living above us they babysat a third kid. The tenants above us were an interracial couple the female is a drug addict and the black male a muscle head with no brains they would regularly ague in the parking lot at 8am in front of our bedroom window. I called the police and reported the abuse, We contacted the leasing office which called the other tenants and asked if the guy was violent and they said YES violent and abusive when asked why they didn't say anything they responded by saying that they were scared of the guy. The leasing office did NOTHING. After knowing that this problem persists the couple still lives here. How can you tell people that this is a community if you don't take care of the problems that the community has. After we moved out the rest of the tenants still have to deal with this crazy couple. We decided to move into a new apartment in another building after being here 2 weeks i would come home at 3pm and the rap music would be blaring I called the leasing office and complained they told me that it was 3pm and that they usually don't do anything about the loud music until much later, I told them that the music was so loud that it made my walls shake. Over the period of 5 weeks The music and parties got way worse there were teenage kids ringing my doorbell at 1am and running around the apartment building drinking and acting a fool. I called the leasing office a total of 21 times NOTHING was done. I threatened to sue them and got in contact with their corporate office. The woman I spoke with threw email was April Betau vice president of property management. who told me that she would call me at 2pm on Wednesday November 23rd the day before Thanksgiving she never called me. That same night another party was going on I again emailed April and let her know that i had waited all day for her call and that another party was going on. I got an email later that night from April saying and I quote I'm sorry you missed my call- I have a $750.00 brand new iPhone 7 I never have missed calls and my phone would tell me if I did. That was bullshit because she forgot to call me. Finally after 6 weeks someone spoke to the kids mom that was throwing these parties while his mom was at work and it had been quite since but I feel that if the leasing office would have done their job, all of this could have been avoided. Also as a side note the apartment has an 8 foot sliding glass door that leads to the patio these doors are ancient my first electric bill was in September for $107.00 which is ridiculous the amount of cold air that comes in because of this door and the fact that the ac unit is in a closet that is NOT insulated will cost you an arm and a leg in heating bills. I built an insulation wall to cover the entire glass slider and insulated the ac unit my new electric bill was $37.00 but it is now December and even with the insulation the apartment is freezing. Regardless to say we will DEFINITELY be leaving as soon as our lease is up."
