"I have been living at Country Manor for 12 years, and it is a very nice place to live. The management is great, and our manager Christina is amazing: always welcoming, understanding, and helpful. Christina cares about the property and residents, and makes us feel as at home."

"I lived here for 4+ years. I would never come back... as I was dealing with mold, water leaks, broken air conditioners, and most importantly...CRIME every other week. This complex has little to no security, and if something happens... they don't care. It got to the point where I didn't feel safe in the complex, so I moved out. I had to break the lease and spend thousands of dollars just so I feel safe going to bed at night and not have to worry about gunshots or cars getting damaged or stolen. Only reason why I gave it a 2-star was because my neighbors were very kind & the maintenance team was friendly. You might not like this review, but no one should pay thousands to break a lease in a place that's unsafe and does a minimal job to improve safety."

"Overall, I wanted to take the time to share that I had a fantastic experience with Country Manor. As the first place I moved post grad, Country Manor was nothing but excellent, and gave me a benchmark for how the quality of an apartment community should be. This 5-review is in large part due to the property and leasing manager, Christina, who was nothing but kind, responsive, and incredible during my almost two years here. She even helped me relocate to my new apartment, a separate Westover community! During my time here, the community maintenance team was highly responsive, and always took care of requests without question. I lived in a 1 bedroom on the second floor that was spacious and affordable, and only had a handful (literally) of small bugs during the winter time. The AC works great in the apartments, and they also have plenty of closet storage, even walk in closets for the 1 bedrooms! One of my favorite things about this apartment was the massive covered rear porch/balcony with nice composite decking. Many good memories out there. My only criticism of Country Manor would be how they handle utilities. For heating for example, I did not use any gas heat during my time there, but paid about $1000 in "indirect heat" charges from my downstairs neighbors heat usage, of which I had no control over. Furthermore, my rent did not go up much during my time there, but many of the utilities that were originally included in my rent were removed from coverage in the lease, resulting into just over $100 in additional charges per month in utilities. Despite these comments, I am still giving this review 5 stars because of the excellent experience I had here. Overall, I had a great experience with Country Manor, and would recommend it to anyone starting out in the Levittown area. Christina is the best!"

"I lived here for 3 years and never had a problem. My neighbors were so nice, if I ever had any issues with anything someone would come out the same day or next. Love the neighborhood and how everything was minutes away."

"I am a current resident living in these apartments. Our moved in process was by far the worst we have experienced within all our years of renting apartments. We were set to move in on the 5th and the apartment was left dirty from previous tenants, it was left so dirty that the carpets had to be replaced. You would think due to the pandemic going on these steps would be taken more seriously but that hasn’t been the case. Our move in date was push back about a week. Soon as we moved in there had been a roach infestation that is still an on going issues as of today. You can never get in contact with a direct worker always an answering service and we have had to email and call multiple times before getting anyone from the actual apartment complex to get back to us. The first time the exterminator came out in November he put paste on the corners of the kitchen and bathroom. Roach infestation didn’t go away. Second time he came on 12/23 he informed us he was only going to spray our apartment and if it’s still an issue he will come back to do the apartments connected to ours. I don’t understand why wouldn’t the complex get all the apartments sprayed since it’s an on going issue. I have taken tons of pics / videos for proof. The roaches have been in our bedrooms/ bathroom/ kitchen/ living room/ crawling on our toothbrushes/ in our cooking pots and pans. These apartments are more on the pricey side especially during an pandemic and for there to be an roach infestation it’s disgusting. We have never had this issue with any other apartments complex we have lived in. Something serious needs to be done about this because we don’t pay this much money to be letting roaches live here rent free. And I’m writing this review so hopefully the apartment complex can take this situation more seriously. As of right now I definitely would not recommend living here."
