Twin Terrace Apartments

"I lived in twin terrace for one year. I always paid my rent on time etc. The complex is very old and outdated. No central air/heat and no washer/dryer inside the units. My hallway steps were broken for months. I fell twice on the steps during my stay. The property manager did not renew my lease without reasoning (I was moving anyway) Maintanence takes forever and when there is a thunderstorm, be prepared to be out of power for 3-4 days. I experienced this 3 times during my stay at twin terrace and the complex does not compensate you for staying in hotels etc. If your thinking about moving here, think again."

"Been enjoying my stay here for 5 years! Close by everything walking and/or driving distance. Plus, there's public transportation. Management and maintenance are great and resolve any issues with my unit. Couldn't be any happier where I'm at! Looking forward to renewing my lease in 2 weeks. 5 star apartment!"

"The manager there is a REALLY bad person. She's been very rude to my 70 yo mother. She kicked out our dog, but let the black people keep theres, cause she's scared of them. They include heat in there expensive rent, and they won't put in on past 65. My mom was freezing there. She's at my house until it warms up. I'm SURE it can be a GREAT place, if they hired good management"
