"My mom has lived here for about 4-5 years now… maintenance and management are lazy! Our neighbors place caught on fire 12-26-22 since then my moms electric bill has been through the roof! Because it took them two/three months to fix a window! Our hvac had blown out from trying to keep the upstairs warm! Now both hvac are out! We have gone through the cold to now the heat because they have yet to fix this one and have yet to fix any water damages from the fire that our neighbors had. My mom who is older has cancer and we have a newborn… our place has been so humid and hot. All we have been asking is to fix the hvacs but they rather put a notice on our door! You rather kick someone out who pays every month on time who is asking for one fix out of all the other problems with this place! SMH… I do not recommend living here!"

"As a current tenant and I’ve only been here for 6 days I wouldn’t recommend anyone, and I mean anyone to move here. They promised me a newly renovated townhome from top to bottom. My first bathroom is trifling second one is leaking. I was basically rushed to sign the lease I should have known something was off. I spoke to a woman that told me I should be grateful for a trifling bathroom considering how they looks a couple years ago. $2000 a month and you don’t get your monies worth. Don’t waste your time. God bless those who are currently living here as well, we gonna need it."

"I have lived here for four years Shelia, Diane, Nicole and the new girl have all been friendly, professional and on top of any minor issues I have had. Small touch ups needed over the years from normal wear and tear. I have never seen mice and when bug problems existed it was due to new residence moving in and they immediately treated. Dale head of maintenance always doing his best to stay on top of things. The up keep is a daily job but it takes residence to help too. Pool staff is amazing Mrs Jackie is the complex mom. Only flaw is the gym need working equipment. If they would bring me on staff I'm sure I'd make it even more welcoming."

"Under no circumstances should you move here. Today on 5/10/2022 the leasing office gave permission to maintenance to enter my apartment despite me letting them know that I didn't want anyone in here without me present. They then proceed to drag trash through my apartment, how do I know? The smell, stain and fact that my mat (which is heavy and doesn't move easily) was flipped when I returned home. IF you ABSOLUTELY have to live here, get cameras, communicate with leasing in the form of e-mails and take pictures before you move anything into the apartment. Also get lots of containers for your food, this place is infested with rats. I have contacted a lawyer and will be taking action because that was absolutely uncalled for and Jordan from leasing you should be ashamed of yourself and your nasty attitude. Also maintenance takes FOREVER to respond to anything. I had trash on the fire escape since I moved here December 2021 and it was just moved today. After calling the city. This place looks great but once you are locked into that lease it is HELL!! RUN!"

"DO NOT MOVE HERE. Maintenance barley does anything, office staff rarely answers phone and when they do it’s with an attitude. We were told there were no mice and got one the second night we were here. The day we moved in and did our walkthrough there was so much wrong with apartment, though the lady we toured with was very nice and promised we would have everything fixed within 2 weeks. We’ve lived here 3 months and all of the issues we had when we moved in have yet to be fixed. We’ve called several times and all we get from office staff is “we will have to contact maintenance and get back to you” news flash: they won’t. i genuinely have not heard anyone talk of their AC working. Laundry mat is ALWAYS closed. Was told we could put in a washer and dryer in our unit but during walkthrough they explained we wouldn’t be able to open doors due to the fridge being in the way. The apartments themselves are nice, but not worth the trouble."
